Call to Action for HB 1099

HB1099 would update the GMA to ensure that our communities are planning for climate-resilient futures that protect our most vulnerable communities and that our largest counties are planning to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and vehicle miles traveled.

It has its first hearing in the Appropriations Committee on Tuesday, 2/16, at 1:30PM. It is vital that this committee decides to move this bill to a floor vote before the committee cutoff on February 22nd.
