Right now, Puget Sound Energy continues to push a dangerous fracked gas facility in Tacoma that endangers community health and safety, threatening Indigenous, Brown, and Black bodies first and worst. The Puyallup Tribe is steadfast in their opposition to the facility and our community continues to fight with them. With the clock ticking on climate change and human health impacts, it’s time for the people to have our day in court. Your participation is key to helping us get the media to expose PSE as a bad actor and influence decision makers, like the Utilities Transportation Commission, who can hold PSE accountable. By pushing new fossil fuel facilities and spreading dangerous misinformation about fracked gas, PSE is slowing our clean energy transition and putting their profits above our health. PSE continues to prove that they are just another fossil fuel company. We cannot let them get away with this. Listen to the charges yourself and join the jury in the people’s virtual courtroom! We have no doubt the people will find PSE guilty of endangering us all. Over the next couple of years, PSE could determine whether WA state succeeds in transitioning to clean energy. With so much influence and power, PSE needs to be held accountable for all of the harm they have done. So we’re putting PSE on trial.
