Are you ready for our Earth Day Mobile-Ization? Well, we are!

Our team has been hard at work prepping and we’re so excited to announce our lineup for our days of action.

Below is the breakdown for the three days. Click here to register for a session. You must register for each session ahead of time.

DAY 1:

10am-11am: Roots of the Climate Crisis // Movements Around the World
11am-12pm: Breaking Down the GND and other Climate Policies // Breakdown of Our Platform
12pm-1pm: Capitalism, COVID-19, and the Climate Crisis // Impact of the Climate Crisis on Marginalized Communities

2pm-3pm: How to be a Community Organizer // Mutual Aid in the Time of Coronavirus and Climate Change

DAY 2:

10am-11am: COVID19- Exposing the Flaws of Capitalism + How To Practice Mutual Aid
11am-12pm: Who’s Investing in Climate Catastrophe?
12pm-1pm: Direct Action for Divestment

DAY 3:

10am-11am: Making Change Within the Electoral System- Joshua Collins!
11am-12pm: Shaping 2020 Climate Legislation- Listening Room by OurClimate
12pm-1pm: Fighting for Leftist Values in a Centrist Community

AMPLIFY:

Amazon just fired two employees who were outspoken against Amazon’s role in the climate crisis. One of whom is Maren Costa, who also spoke at our September 20th strike.

We urge you to amplify this and hold Amazon accountable. The unethical company has not only played a major part in furthering the climate crisis, but has also put their employees at risk during the COVID-19 pandemic.

CALL FOR ACTION:

Join us in demanding that Gov. Jay Inslee ensure the safety of all people in prisons and jails. People who are incarcerated deserve human rights – including protection form COVID-19.
