LEGISLATURE OPENS IN OLYMPIA

That’s right, the 2020 legislative session starts in one week, so to make sure you’re ready, here are the bills we’re tracking. Want to help turn them into law? Sign up to join our Civic Action Team! You’ll receive regular updates and calls to action throughout the session.

Then join us as we kick off the session with an online discussion of the bills in play and a few tricks of the legislative advocacy trade:

2020 CAT Kick Off Webinar
Sunday, January 12, 7:00pm
RSVP here.

Next, stay informed with detailed information about climate-related bills and sign up to get emails about bill updates, hearings and lobby days with the Climate at the Legislature website.

And to give your advocacy that in-person touch, attend a Lobby Day. Better yet, attend all three:

Clean & Abundant Waters Lobby Day

Oh, and don’t forget, there are ten other 350.org-affiliated groups in Washington State. If there’s one thing they have in common, it’s a passion to prioritize climate legislation in Olympia. More on that coming soon…
