Hello CAT Friends!

It’s been a tough week with the war in Ukraine and a dire report from the IPCC. We’re thankful that you continue to show up and take action with the Civic Action Team. We appreciate you!

We do have some good news! HB 1280 Passed! This bill allows the state to lead by example by encouraging designers and building developers to find cost-effective solutions to transition state buildings to all-electric systems.

We are nearing the finish line of this year’s short session and admittedly, there’s still a lot more bills that need to get passed! Today we have the opportunity to reach out to our own elected leaders, comment on the House and Senate Budgets, and make an effort to help influence two bad policing bills.
