What happened this week?

This week during our weekly bill tracking call, we got a great overview of the current lay of the land in Washington State regarding climate policies. David Perk prepared some amazing slides you won’t want to miss! Here is the recording from the meeting.

From the ‘Broadening Horizons’ series: the Labor Movement and Climate Justice tonight Nov 14th 4-5:30pm

This will be an interactive, hands-on workshop, combining panel discussions, case studies, and breakout groups to discuss key lessons on how labor and climate justice advocates can build power together.

Peer Coaching Debrief & Visioning, tonight, November 14th 6:00-7:15 PM

We’ll reflect on last month’s training, practice key skills and discuss what it could look like to experiment with peer coaching in CAT this year. Open to all, and no worries if you didn’t make the training – catch up with the recordings and slides here: Part 1 and Part 2; Slides

Sierra Club’s 2024 legislative priorities meeting Nov 16th 7 PM PT

FINAL REMINDER FOR: 350 Seattle’s annual fundraising dinner and celebration, Intertwined, is on November 18th in downtown Seattle!!

We are celebrating our 10-year birthday with a delicious dinner and karaoke and party, so be sure to pick up your tickets and consider signing up for a day-of volunteer role.
