The second workshop in our four-part “Broadening our Ideas of Climate Justice” training series is coming right up!

What: Migrant Justice is Climate Justice – Training for Climate Organizers

When: Tuesday, September 12th, 4-530 PT // 7-830 ET

During this training, we’ll be joined by organizers and experts from the National Partnership for New Americans, the Immigration Hub, and the Global Strategic Communications Council Migration Project. We’ll learn about climate-driven migration, immigration justice groups who are already working on climate, and ways that the climate movement often talks about migration in ways that inadvertently reinforces our opponents’ messaging and fails to place us in solidarity with migrants.

Even if you missed the first workshop in the series, we encourage you to consider joining us for this upcoming session!
