April greetings!

Wow, just 3 weeks left in the session! As you may have heard, state revenue projections came in slightly low, and the House and Senate have both put out their two-year budget drafts. After the last of the drafts are passed this week, the budget conferences will begin, so we have some more budget requests today; final budgets must be passed by the end of session, Sunday April 23.
