This December marks our 3rd anniversary since launching in 2021. During the call, we shared our strategy and vision for the road ahead in 2025, focusing on the critical work needed in the post-election landscape. Akaya Windwood highlighted the incredible impact our community has made this year (much of which is featured in our 2024 Impact Report), and Bill McKibben shared exciting news about “Sun Day”—a major mobilization effort in 2025 where Third Act will take a leading role.
Looking ahead, Third Act will increasingly focus, on state-level initiatives, and we were thrilled to feature some of our volunteer leaders from Third Act Upstate New York and the Third Act SF Bay Area, who are driving essential state-level work. With a clear plan and renewed energy, we’re ready to move forward and continue making an impact.
