(a different) Rachel would like to shout out Sullene Mele!

“Suellen has been a tremendous leader on the recycling bill tracking group and has really welcomed me into the bill tracking process. Her help wordsmithing the bill summaries and her coordination for what bills should be advocated for at which stage have been so helpful. I also super appreciated her stepping in to create some actions while I was on vacation.”

Anything another volunteer has done that you believe should be highlighted or given a shoutout can be submitted through the Volunteer Appreciation Form! Submissions will be shared in our weekly update each week!
Cats (and pets) from our CATs!
This week we have an inspiring message from Claire Mocha’s cat Nisa! Nisa, a 7-year-old cat who is deeply passionate about climate justice, reminds us all that “in these challenging times, make sure to set aside time for self-care (like naps)”!
Do your pets have any inspiring words of wisdom for our volunteers? We are always taking submissions of cat (or animal) photos from our CATs! Please send all submissions to Ashley via Slack or email ashleyb@350seattle.org.
Feedback
As a gentle reminder, we are always open and excited to hear feedback from all our CATs. Please reach out in whatever way works for you: Feedback with Grace, or DM in Slack, or email Grace@350Seattle.org.
