Among the key issues the Forest Service needs to address in the updated Forest Plan are tribal inclusion & fire stewardship and the protection of mature & old growth forests. To ensure the NWFP amendment enables a more just & sustainable future for our forests & communities rather than repeating the mistakes and injustices of the past, our communities need to speak out & comment on the proposed changes.

The PNWFCA has a Resource Library! Access it here: https://resources.forestclimatealliance.org/
This listserv is to connect members to opportunities to take action in defense of forests and climate. Posts MUST be about an actionable opportunity; asking others to take an action, attend a meeting or event, share something with others, etc. This is not a list for open-ended back and forth discussions; please do not reply to the entire list unless your message includes an ask or opportunity for others to take action.
The PNWFCA Discussion Listerv exists to host open-ended and back & forth discussions amongst Alliance members; contact alex@forestclimatealliance.org to be added to the PNWFCA Discussion Listerv.
