Thank you for joining us for Black Climate Wednesdays in June. Together, we took the time to dive deeper on the Red Black & Green New Deal’s 6 Core Pillars (Water, Energy, Land, Labor, Economy, and Democracy). During these 1 hour sessions, we offered Political Education rooted in the intersection of Climate Justice & Black Lives. The Red, Black & Green New Deal ensures that Black people are engaged in the global fight for climate justice and central in the advancement of climate solutions. Understanding how climate impacts Black Lives means not accepting false solutions that sacrifice Black lives.
